LES FAMILLES DE SAM

All students have been sent their Familles group colour. Please connect with the office if you do not know what Familles de Sam your child has been assigned.

We are very excited to start this initiative.

FEES

As you may have noticed most of the Field Trips are not yet in your MyCBE accounts. We are working with the CBE to have these entered as soon as possible.

Once fees are ready to be paid, we will communicate this with you.

It is important to please pay your fees when they are available as the school must prepay for Field Trips. The fees you see, for example Alien In Line, are school-wide experiences that we were able to enter at an earlier date.

Class field trips and experiences are being planned and scheduled throughout the year, so fees are entered as they arise

Thank you for your understanding.

PRACTICUM STUDENTS

Sam Livingston has been given the opportunity to host a variety of practicum students from 3 different programs: MRU Education (Mme Jessica in Kindergarten, Mme Abra an MRU Education Assistant and Ms. Amany and Mr. Russell, U of C Bachelor of Social Work students).

HALLOWEEN COSTUMES

Halloween is a Tuesday this year. We look forward to seeing all the different costumes that students choose to wear.

Please note, wearing a costume is not mandatory and personal choice will be respected.

If your child chooses to wear a costume, we request no masks, no make-up and no weapons.

We also are requesting you not to send candies and sweets to school on this day.

If your child is swimming, please stay tuned for directions from the classroom teachers around when it would be best to put on the costume (before swimming or after swimming).
