Nov 28 (evening) and Nov 29 (am) - Parent Teacher Conferences (no school for Kindergarten students both days) 

Dec 6 – Livestream Assembly Celebrating work done with Artists in Residence (REVEAL of our new school song!) (time and details to follow) 

Dec 12 – Handbell Assembly – Grade 4 families invited (time to be determined) 

Artist in Residence 

We will have the privilege of working with a cross-cultural musician duo from November 18 – December 6. Walter MacDonald White Bear and Samantha Whelan have been working together for 10 years creating musical projects all over the world.  Our goal is to write and arrange a new school song that is connected to the learning on the land and our sense of belonging here at Sam. 

FAMILY RESOURCE 

Please find the Child and Youth Well-Being, Family & Caregiver Fall Series resources. These are sessions that parents/guardians can sign up for and recorded sessions for them to access when convenient.
