Nov 27 – Fun Lunch 

Nov 28 (evening) and Nov 29 (am) - Parent Teacher Conferences (no school for kindergarten students both days) 

Dec 6 – Big Reveal Assembly (of new school song created by Walter and Sam) this will be livestreamed (stay tuned for a link) 

Dec 12 – Grade 4 Handbell Assembly (1:45 pm grade 4 families invited) 

Dec 20: Last day of classes before the Winter Break. 

See you January 6, 2025! 

CONFERENCES – NOV 28/29, 2024 

Booking opens November 22 at 5pm. 

Some families have been contacted by teachers if a longer meeting time is required.

November 28 (IN PERSON): 3:30-5:15, Literacy Parent Workshop in the library – 5:30 – 6:00 (during teacher supper break) , 6- 7:15 

November 29 (VIRTUAL): 8-12 (with the last booking being at 11:45) 

Kindergarten students are reminded that they have no classes Thursday AND Friday, November 28 and 29, 2024. 

Students in Grades 1 - 4 have regular classes on Thursday, November 28, but no classes on Friday, November 29. 

Conferences can be booked through your MyCBE account.  Conference booking opens at 5:00 pm on Friday, November 22, 2024.   

We respectfully request that parents/guardians attend together. 

CBE Information Technology Services (ITS) will be conducting system maintenance work November 23 and 24, 2024 which may cause intermittent interruptions to access and functionality of MyCBE accounts.  If you experience difficulty, please try again at another time.
