Playground Message

During school hours, the school park is reserved for students in Kindergarten through Grade 4 who are attending school. While we understand and appreciate that families may wish to include younger siblings, their presence during this time creates potential safety concerns.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring that only enrolled students are using these spaces during the school day.

New Request

As we look ahead to the transition into the next grade, we are encouraging a “hug and go” approach at morning drop-off.

This practice supports students in building independence and confidence—important skills they will carry with them into the new school year.

To help reinforce this routine, staff members on supervision will kindly ask parents and caregivers to exit the school grounds after drop-off.

We appreciate your cooperation and ongoing support in helping our students start their day successfully.

A bike bus (or bike train) is a group of people (often students and parents), who cycle together to a destination along a set route on a specific schedule. It operates like a school bus, with designated "stops" where more riders join the convoy, offering a safe, social, and healthy alternative to driving.

REMEMBER

  • All participants big or small MUST wear a helmet!
  • Bring a bike lock to lock up the bikes during school hours.

There is a WhatsApp group started for interested participants if you have further questions. Please feel free to message for more information or just show up at one of the "stops".
