Fees – Very Important!
Notices will be sent home next week with any outstanding balances. Should the amount of school fees be prohibitive for your family please advise Mme Dhar McKenty at sbdhar@cbe.ab.ca or 403-777-6890.
Please log onto your MyCBE account to pay. All accounts are to be paid in full, yearly.
All fees have now been posted for you to pay by June 26, 2026. Fee types are:

SCHOOL BASED OPTIONAL FEES: Agendas and Memory Books are available for grade 4 only.

Grade 4 Farewell and Sports Day Volunteers Needed

We’re getting excited for our Grade 4 Farewell Celebration, and we’re looking for a team of 6–8 parent volunteers to help with setting up and taking down on the day of the event.
Details: 2 Different Committees
Decorating Committee
When: June 25 between 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM
Where: School Gym
What: Mme Kayleigh will meet you in the gym to explain the set-up plan. You’ll then have the morning to help prepare the space before the Farewell begins at 1:00 PM.
Takedown Committee
When: June 25 between 2:15 PM and 3:00 PM
Where: School Gym
What: Mme Kayleigh will provide the takedown plan.

Grades 1-4
Sports Day is the last day of school. Volunteers are needed to make this an enjoyable day for all. Please note that younger siblings may not attend as it poses a safety risk.

URGENT: REGISTRATION FOR TRANSPORTATION
HOW: Transportation registration is available using your MyCBE account. (If you do not already have an account, click here to learn how to create one.) How to register, click here.
DEADLINE: Families must register by Sunday, June 14, 2026, for students to be
added to routes for the start of the next school year.
TO KNOW: We continue to accept registrations after the deadline; however, students are added to the closest existing bus stop with available space. Processing times for registrations submitted after the June 22 deadline will be delayed. Confirmed routes will be posted in August. For those who register after the June 22 deadline, it may take until mid-October before your child is able to ride the bus.
