SNACKS
It’s that time of year again when growth spurts and increased activities see our students hungrier than usual. Please be sure to pack extra snacks in their lunch boxes. If you expressly wish us not to give your child a snack when in need, please e-mail us at samlivingston@cbe.ab.ca. We will only make phone calls to parents with children who have known allergies.
FEES
Current (and some) future field trip fees are ready to be paid by using your MyCBE account. Swimming fees will be charged after the activity is over to ensure an accurate amount is charged in conjunction with the City of Calgary fee structure. It is important to pay your fees as soon as possible. Thank you.
GOT CLOTHES?
We are in need of some size 5-14 pants, shirts and socks for both girls and boys. If you plan on donating these items in the near future, please contact Mme. Scherwitz at cascherwitz@cbe.ab.ca and she will let you know if we are in need of your sizes.
Alien In-Line Family Skate Nights – Sign-Up is Now Open!
We’re excited to announce that the sign-up link for Alien In-Line Family Skate Nights is now live!
Event Dates:
- Thursday, February 6th, 4:45-5:45 OR 6:00-7:00
There are two time slots available, so please make sure to select the time that works best for your family when signing up.
Important: You must both sign up for your spot and click “Pay” to confirm your registration. Admission is $5 per person. This includes skates and equipment for each child. Adults wishing to skate must bring their own.
Spaces are very limited, so don’t wait too long to secure your spot!

Swimming reminder for grades 3 & 4!
Please remember to send swimming supplies for Monday.
Students should come to school wearing their swimsuits.
Please pack (in a separate water-resistant bag)
- A towel
- Underwear
Students only take this bag to the pool.
Volunteers
Only those who have confirmation from their room parent may attend.
All volunteers need security clearance to participate on this trip.
