IPP SIGNATURE PAGES DUE 

If your child is on an IPP, teachers have sent home the initial draft copy. We’d ask that you return the Signature page as soon as possible. Thank you for your support.

 

SCHOOL PHOTOS 

Essential photography of students has been completed and photo proofs will be delivered shortly. Students will bring home their proofs only, with no physical order form, along with instructions for ordering online. Reducing the amount of physical items being passed through the school helps keep our students healthy and reduces paper waste. HALLOWEEN COSTUMES 

Halloween is a Tuesday this year. We look forward to seeing all the different costumes that students choose to wear. 

Please note, a costume is not mandatory and personal choice will be respected. 

If your child chooses to wear a costume, we request no masks, no make-up and no weapons. 

We also are requesting you not to send candies and sweets to school on this day. 

If your child is swimming, please stay tuned for directions from the classroom teachers around when it would be best to put on the costume (before swimming or after swimming).

Commercial messages are all messages that have any reference to commercial activities, such as field trip fees or fundraising.

MESSAGE FROM SCHOOL COUNCIL 

 We are getting organized for our next meeting on October 23 at 6 PM. The meeting agendas, as well as minutes that will need to be approved are available on the Sam Livingston website.

Halloween Dance Oct 19!  

We have a great night planned with a DJ, a Cake Walk and a bake sale/refreshment stand. Tickets are available now for purchase on healthyhunger.ca. There are limited tickets available so don't miss out, get your tickets online!   

  

We are looking for volunteers to help make the dance a success. Please check out the following link to see the positions available. No police clearance is required for this event.

Casino Dec 7 and 8! 

We still have a number of backup positions vacant for our casino.  We need to have each position and backup position filled so please consider helping us out.  We rely heavily on this fundraiser to meet our school demands over a two year school period to provide programming and additional items (like Chromebooks and Smartboards). (AGLC only permits CBE schools to fundraise via Casino once every 18months).
